Terms and disclaimer
These terms explain how the service works, what we are responsible for, and what you need to check before you submit your application.

1.What TravelPrepKit does
TravelPrepKit prepares photos and documents for India, UAE and Schengen applications. It checks your file against the specification you select and can crop, resize, compress or even out a photo background. Quick resize also accepts dimensions and limits you enter yourself. Those custom instructions are not verified against a portal.
TravelPrepKit is an independent service, not affiliated with the governments of India, the UAE or any Schengen state, VFS Global, BLS International, any mission or application provider. You submit your files on the official portal; preparation is not immigration legal advice and does not guarantee acceptance.
UAE requirements vary by service and provider. Public guidance does not verify every signed-in upload field. Where a field is unverified, confirm its instructions with your provider before preparing the file.
Schengen preparation uses published EU and mission guidance. Supporting documents vary by destination, travel purpose and where you apply. Check the current consulate or application-centre checklist; public guidance does not verify signed-in upload fields.
2.What TravelPrepKit does not do
We do not submit, file, lodge, or track applications. We do not book appointments, pay government fees, or communicate with any authority on your behalf. We do not review your eligibility, and we do not check that the document you uploaded is the document your application actually requires.
We do not provide immigration, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such.
3.We cannot guarantee your application is accepted
A file that passes every check here can still be refused, and your application can still be rejected. TravelPrepKit is not responsible, and accepts no liability, for the refusal, rejection, delay, cancellation, or any other outcome of any application, for any reason.
A passing check means the file met that recorded measurement. The source date tells you when the published guidance was last checked; it does not confirm today's upload field. Some checks use preparation targets or instructions you supplied. A pass is not a prediction or a warranty. Whether an application succeeds depends on many things we never see — your eligibility, your supporting documents, your history, the completeness of your form, the fees you paid, and the judgement of the officer reviewing it.
Specifically, we cannot and do not guarantee that:
- a portal will accept a file we prepared;
- the specification we measured against is current, complete, or correctly read;
- automated face detection, background analysis, or cropping produces a result that a human reviewer will judge acceptable;
- the file suits an application track other than the one you selected; or
- the service is available, uninterrupted, or error-free at any given moment.
Portals also change their requirements without notice and without publishing a changelog. A specification that was accurate when we verified it may be out of date by the time you file.
4.Check every file before you submit it
You must open and inspect every file TravelPrepKit gives you before uploading it anywhere. Do not submit a file you have not looked at. This is the single most important thing you can do to protect your own application.
Before you upload, satisfy yourself that:
- the photograph is of the right person, recent, and recognisably you;
- the crop has not cut off part of the head, distorted the face, or left the image looking stretched, blurred, or discoloured;
- the background change has not removed hair, ears, clothing, or edges of the subject;
- every page of a merged PDF is present, in the right order, right way up, and readable at full zoom after compression;
- no page is missing, duplicated, or belongs to somebody else; and
- the file matches what the portal is asking for on the actual upload screen in front of you, which is the only authoritative statement of what it wants.
We show you the result before you download precisely so you can make these checks. If something looks wrong, do not submit it — prepare it again, or use a different original. If you think our output is wrong, please tell us.
5.Your responsibilities
By using TravelPrepKit you confirm that:
- you have the right to upload each file, and the consent of anyone depicted or identified in it;
- you will not upload anything unlawful, fraudulent, or belonging to someone who has not agreed to it;
- you will not use the service to misrepresent your identity or to alter a document in a way intended to deceive an authority;
- the information you give us about your application track and filing post is correct;
- you are old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have permission to do so; and
- you will keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Where we tell you a prepared file is still outside a published measurement — for example the head is too small or too large for the frame — we recommend taking a new photograph. If you choose to download that file anyway, you confirm on screen that you understand it may be refused, and the choice to submit it is yours.
Altering an official document to misrepresent a fact is a serious offence in most jurisdictions. Our tools change the framing, size and file format of an image. They are not for changing what a document says.
6.Payment, downloads and refunds
Payments buy the specific prepared outputs selected at checkout. One prepared PDF/document set is one item, including all pages; one prepared OCI signature is one item. Checking, previews and passing originals under the tools’ rules remain free. Required failed checks block purchase. Guest checkout is available for one person, including several prepared PDFs. A free account is required for two or more people. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
Application checklists organise preparation and do not require a bundle. You may leave requirements unfinished or mark existing files already ready (your statement unless checked), and buy only your selected valid prepared outputs. A purchase does not complete an application. Quantity and photo + PDF discounts apply to outputs bought together, using the shown subtotal, discount, currency and total.
Where the referral programme is available, a verified customer can give up to five new customers 10% off their first paid order. Each successful referred purchase earns the referrer one 10%-off order, applied automatically while signed in. Only one referral discount applies per order; five rewards never combine into 50% off. Cancelled payments release reservations. Fully refunded friend purchases revoke available rewards; a reward already used or reserved in an open payment session is honoured. Refunded referrals still count towards the five-person lifetime limit.
An approved influencer code gives the shopper 15% off and credits the creator with 30% of the attributed payment excluding tax, after discounts and before processing fees. One referral discount applies per order; the influencer discount preserves any available 10% customer reward for a later order. Refunds reduce commission, including adjustments against future earnings after a payout. Earnings are held for 30 days and paid monthly once the minimum is reached, subject to verified payout details, supported routes and business payout setup. Transfer and conversion fees are paid by the business; high fees can defer a batch. Self-referrals and invalid codes do not qualify. Earlier partner arrangements retain their recorded rates.
The LAUNCH15 offer gives 15% off one paid order per verified customer, limited to 100 customers across all currencies. Open payments reserve a place; failed or cancelled payments release it. A paid use remains consumed after a refund. Sign in with a verified email to use the offer. The same verified email cannot reuse it after account deletion or on another browser. Only one launch, referral or influencer code or referral reward applies per order; applying another code replaces the previous one. Existing quantity and bundle savings still apply. Availability is checked when checkout is created.
A purchase unlocks downloads on the browser you bought it in. A guest purchase can be recovered to another browser using a one-time link sent to the receipt email; this restores access to the specific purchased outputs, not missing original or prepared file contents. If we cannot produce a compliant file — for example the photograph cannot be cropped to the specification — we tell you before taking payment, and you are not charged.
If a portal rejects a file, keep its exact reason and compare it with the rules and source date shown beside the result. Re-preparing and re-downloading the same original against the same specification, with the same custom crop and document page selection, does not cost anything. Changing any of those can create a new paid file; the download order review discloses the price before a new purchase. See our rejection help before buying again.
Refunds are exceptional. We consider one when a verified TravelPrepKit fault took payment but prevented us from delivering the paid file after retry and purchase recovery. Send us the Stripe receipt or payment reference, the time of the problem, and the error or a screenshot. We compare that with our checkout and download records before deciding the claim; a successful paid-file unlock is not treated as a delivery failure.
We do not refund because an application was refused, because you downloaded a file after we warned it was outside the published specification, because you changed your mind, because you chose the wrong application track, or because a portal changed its rules after you downloaded. Nothing here affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live.
7.Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including a specification or an entire destination, at any time. Specifications are versioned and dated so you can see what was used and when.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TravelPrepKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill, nor for any travel, accommodation, visa, appointment, courier, or application fee wasted as a result of a refused, delayed, or cancelled application — whatever the cause, and whether or not the file we prepared contributed to it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the file the claim concerns.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
