Quick answer

Prepare readable PDFs of the required surrender documents. TravelPrepKit uses A4 pages and a 10–500 KB preparation range; your mission and the live portal determine the per-file and total upload limits.

Official screenshots and examples

These are government-published mission portal examples linked from Munich's surrender checklist. They are not a universal document checklist. TravelPrepKit's 10–500 KB preparation range is a tool target: follow your mission's file and combined upload limits.

  1. 1. Open the supporting-document upload

In My Applications, open your application's menu and select Upload Supporting Documents. Check your mission's surrender checklist and the limits displayed by the portal.

  2. 2. Select the category, choose the PDF and upload

Choose the document category and subcategory, select the readable file, then use Upload and check the confirmation. Keep pages for a document together where the portal requires it. Do not assume a per-file limit also covers the portal's total upload limit.

Questions

What is the file size limit for surrender documents?

TravelPrepKit prepares each PDF between 10 KB and 500 KB, a conservative cap. Your mission may list a tighter one, so check it before you upload.

Can I scan several pages into one file?

Yes. Add photos or scans to prepare one A4 PDF. Review every page and the final size; a readable copy must fit your live portal’s cap.
