Official screenshots and examples

ICP resident-category examples. New cards and renewals have separate instructions; the current upload field controls file limits.

  3. 3. Renewal: check the separate conditions

The resident renewal conditions require a new photo. Check the residence-linking instructions for your emirate.

First card or renewal

Choose the actual task and applicant category. A citizen, GCC national and foreign resident should not receive one combined evidence checklist.

For renewal, ICP requests a recent photograph different from the photograph printed on the current card. Confirm this yourself; a file-size check cannot prove recency.

Prepare a photo without guessing

Provide the dimensions and file limit shown in your application or supplied by your provider. Photo-only preparation does not require an income or medical interview.

People who have completed 15 years follow ICP’s fingerprint/signature procedures.

Questions

Are these files guaranteed to be accepted?

We prepare files to the selected instructions. The authority or provider reviews the application, and unpublished upload fields still need confirmation.

Do I need every document before preparing my photo?

No. Choose only the files you need to prepare now. Missing official evidence remains a separate application step.
