Eyes should be open and looking at the camera. The official OCI photograph sheet makes this optional for babies under one.

How do I make my photo OCI size?

Upload it here. It is cropped square to 200–900 pixels, the background is made an even light tone if it fails, and the JPEG is compressed under 200 KB.

My photo has a white background. Will it work for OCI?

Not as it is: OCI asks for light but not white. When the background check fails, TravelPrepKit replaces only the backdrop with an even, very light cream.

Can it also prepare the signature?

Yes, as an optional add-on at the final photo confirmation.

Can I resize an OCI photo privately?
