Published rules and export choices

The public guidance states 43 × 55 mm. It does not publish an exact pixel size. Our optional 300 DPI conversion and conservative encoding cap are clearly labelled product choices.

Confirm your actual upload field. Do not reuse this geometry for MOHRE, Emirates ID or another airline.

Transit evidence

Machine-readable passport, valid for six months at travel.

Etihad also requests confirmed travel to Abu Dhabi and onward to a third destination. Dependent/child and accommodation evidence is conditional on the case.

For transit over 24 hours, Etihad requests a confirmed hotel booking or the UAE host’s Emirates ID and residence copy.

Questions

Are these files guaranteed to be accepted?

We prepare files to the selected instructions. The authority or provider reviews the application, and unpublished upload fields still need confirmation.

Do I need every document before preparing my photo?

No. Choose only the files you need to prepare now. Missing official evidence remains a separate application step.
